Attached is the cement summary and the Halliburton summary for the water.

Please see page 3, the Executive Summary from the Halliburton report.  4641 gal. of fresh water is 111 Bbl.  However, if you look at Fluid Totals on the 21st page in the attached Halliburton Post Job Summary under FR Water it shows 475.9 Bbls.  Also on the field ticket (22nd page) page 1 of 3 it shows FR-66 WATER - 19986 gal. or 475.9 Bbl.

    Thanks,

    Hi, Gregory,

I attached this cement ticket for the production casing, but I need the surface cement summary as well in order to process a form 5.
On the form 5A, the total fresh water used reported on the frac does not make sense with the total volume of fluid used. Please check and send me the correct values for all fluids and total fluids used on the frac.
    Thank you,

    Sarah Freeman,

Here is the Cement Job Summary from Halliburton.  If you need the invoices, I also have those.  As for the dates, I believe the treatment is fine for the establishment of production.  Perforating happened prior and was evaluated, but given the need to stimulate, establishment of production better matches the stimulation date.

Any further questions please let me know.
