Arthur,

I concur with these COA's.  As you will note the 2a form was marked sensitive due to the shallow groundwater and the close proximity to an irrigation canal so COA's were expected.

Thanks,

Cheryl,

COGCC is reviewing the Form 2A (#400064632) for the Nobel Coleman #C22-18D location, NWNE Sec 22 T4N R64W, Weld County, Colorado.  COGCC requests  the addition of the following COAs to the Form 2A prior to passing the Oil and Gas Location Assessment (OGLA):

·         Location is in a sensitive area because of shallow groundwater; therefore, either a lined drilling pit or closed loop system is required.

·         Best management practices shall be in place to ensure that fluid and/or sediment from the location does not enter the ditch located to the East.

COGCC would appreciate your concurrence with these COAs prior to passing the OGLA review. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

Thanks,

Arthur
