Hi Arthur,

 

     Please change the current and future land use from dry land crop to irrigated (Based on aerial photos It looks like the field is flood irrigated).

 

     Please add the following COA’s:

 

·         Location may be in a sensitive area due to shallow groundwater; therefore if drilling pits intercept groundwater the pit must be lined or a closed loop system used.

 

·         Operator will ensure that best management practices shall be in place to ensure that no fluid and/or sediment migrates from the disturbed area.

After reviewing the Baywater Meyring #14-27 2A I would like to make the following change:
