Bob,

Please find attached the final reports on the McPherson A Pad investigation.  Antero understands that the filing that we made on this event was sufficient and the company is not obligated to file a Form 27.  As you can see, I sent the reports our Garfield County contacts earlier today.

Please contact me at your convenience with any questions or comments.

Best regards, - - Jerry

Judy Jordan and Jim Rada,

Attached please find the results from the environmental investigation of soils and groundwater in response to the November 25, 2008 McPherson A Pad incident. The results of the GW Study show that the incident did not cause communication between the wells on the McPherson A Pad and the surrounding water wells.  The results of the soils data show that there were no impacts in the surrounding area within ½ mile of the McPherson A Pad.  Both reports are attached for your review.

Please contact me at your convenience if you have any questions.

Best Regards, - - Jerry
